Ulm, March 2026 – In January, we received the news that starmate solutions GmbH has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2026. What makes this year special is that starmate was recognized in three different categories this time:
Great Place to Work® is a certification awarded to companies that perform particularly well in an anonymous employee survey (75%) combined with a self-assessment (25%). It covers topics such as trust in leadership, fairness, team spirit, respect, and identification with the company. Unlike other awards, "Great Place to Work" certificates cannot be bought through financial contributions.
Being certified as a Great Place to Work® again is an important milestone and a real reason to celebrate. But for us, the true value of the award actually lies in the results. The employee survey is a snapshot of where we stand today, and its results show us exactly where we can keep developing our company culture with intention - because a living company culture is, after all, never "finished".
Strategies, goals (such as Objectives and Key Results), and decisions are made transparent. Every employee can actively help shape the company's direction and understand where it's heading and why. Feedback, participation, and constructive criticism are explicitly welcomed.
